科室历史 History of Department

综合内科团队由复旦儿科的专家团队组建，复旦儿科急诊科贡海蓉主任领衔，秉承国际化医疗理念，遵循循证医学，可提供中、英、日等多种语言服务。

The comprehensive paediatric internal medicine team is formed by experts from the Children's Hospital of Fudan University, led by Director Hairong Gong of the Emergency Department. Adhering to the international medical concept and following evidence-based medicine, the team can provide multilingual services in Chinese, English and Japanese.

诊疗范围包括:小儿呼吸、小儿心脏病、小儿消化、小儿肾病、小儿血液病、小儿遗传病、小儿内分泌、小儿神经病学、小儿免疫学专业等。擅长儿童健康体检，儿童各系统的常见病、多发病及部分疑难危重病例，常见病如慢性咳嗽、儿童哮喘及喘息性疾病、病毒性脑炎、各种细菌性脑炎、急性肾炎及肾病综合征、川崎病、传染性单核细胞增多症、过敏性紫癜、免疫性血小板减少性紫癜、儿童型糖尿病等；对脓毒血症、重症肺炎、呼吸衰竭、心功能不全、肾功能不全等儿科常见儿童重症疾病有丰富的临床经验。

The scope of diagnosis and treatment includes paediatric respiratory disease, paediatric cardiology, paediatric gastrointestinal, paediatric renal disease, paediatric haematology, paediatric genetic disease, paediatric endocrinology, paediatric neurology and paediatric immunology, etc. The experts from the department are good at children's health checkups, common and frequent diseases of children's various systems and some problematic and critical cases, common diseases such as chronic cough, childhood asthma and wheezing disease, viral encephalitis, various bacterial encephalitis, acute nephritis and nephrotic syndrome, Kawasaki disease, infectious mononucleosis, anaphylactic purpura, immune thrombocytopenic purpura, and diabetes mellitus of children's type, and so on; for septic hepatitis, severe pneumonia, Sepsis, severe pneumonia, respiratory failure, cardiac insufficiency, renal insufficiency and other paediatrics typical children's serious diseases have rich clinical experience.

特色门诊

慢性腹痛/腹泻：该门诊适用于有反复腹部不适、腹部饱胀感、反酸、嗳气、打嗝、烧心、恶心、呕吐、食欲不振、大便次数增多、大便稀、便血等不适的患儿。

青春期妇科问题门诊：是以青春期女性生殖器的发育、性生理改变、保健和疾病防治为特点的专业门诊。该门诊诊治内容包括：青春期常见月经病（月经不规则、月经过多或过少、闭经、痛经等）、不明原因阴道流血、外阴阴道炎、性早熟、特纳综合征、性发育迟缓、少女生殖发育问题咨询指导等。

专家规模及学历 Size & Education of Experts

科室主任由我院现执行院长贡海蓉主任亲自担任，贡主任自1992年从事儿科临床和教研工作，并参加中国加拿大儿科急诊学习培训，成为SickKids医院急诊临床的会员。她也参与过国内外重大的灾难与急救事件，例如2015年5月尼泊尔地震。

The current executive dean of our hospital, Dr. Hairong Gong, is the department’s director. Dr Gong has been working in paediatrics clinical teaching and research since 1992. She participated in the China-Canada Paediatric Emergency Medicine Study Training and became a SickKids Hospital Emergency Clinical Fellow. Dr Gong has been involved in major disasters and emergencies in China and abroad， such as the Nepal earthquake in May 2015.

2015年-2018年组建了复旦大学附属华山医院华山北院儿科。参与Parkway（百汇医疗）等涉外医疗服务机构儿全科诊疗工作8年余。从2016年担任复旦大学附属儿科医院重症医学科副主任；2020年8月参与复旦大学附属儿科医院新虹桥分院(上海星晨儿童医院)的开办，担任医疗总监。

From 2015 to 2018, she formed the Department of Paediatrics for Fudan University Affiliated Huashan Hospital North Hospital. She was involved in paediatric general practice at Parkway (Parkway Health) and other foreign healthcare providers for over eight years. From 2016, she served as Deputy Director of the Department of Critical Care Medicine at Children’s Hospital of Fudan University; in August 2020, she was involved in the opening of the New Hongqiao Campus for Children’s Hospital of Fudan University (Shanghai StarKids Children’s Hospital) and served as the Medical Director.
